Real Life Strategies
Simplifying complex situations makes it possible to implement small changes that lead to a significant difference over time.
Each session is designed to be a combination of exploration, cooking and tasting.
Guests walk away with a roadmap to better understand how food alters the course of many chronic disease states.
“If you’re concerned about your health, you should probably avoid products that make health claims. Why? Because a health claim on a food product is a strong indication it’s not really food, and food is what you want to eat.”
- Michael Pollen, In Defense of Food: An Eater’s Manifesto
